Location, view, the beach, indoor parking, coffee shops downstairs (with delicious burgers, - place next to the surf-shop), Ponta Delagada is few min West, supermarket is few min East, Ribbera Grande is 20 min North, beach is 20 second South (walking)
Address confusion, local kids (teenagers) listening to stupid US RAP and hanging out in the parking lot across the street. Local "cowboys" riding Enduro bikes with shortened exhaust pipes. (but it is okay, as one of the locals told me that they are doing it for the last 20 years)
