Corner House- hot tub and outdoor fireplace

Lovely property, comfy, clean and well laid out. Home from home. Great location and would definitely visit again. Ample spacious bedrooms, great bathrooms. One of the best we have booked so far. Nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance. No issues with parking. Easy access for the places we were visiting Brighton, Eastbourne and Beachy Head/Seven Sisters. Will be back to visit the local castle and windmill for sure - only regret…wish we had booked longer!

Absolutely nothing to do with host but we opted not to utilise the outdoor space which was a shame as it is lovely. The hot tub is very loud when running and the neighbour is not very accepting (well before the 10pm requested cut off) - we put it down to the unusually hot weather and everyone having to have their windows open.

The property made for a great place to celebrate our daughter's graduation with her friends. The host was super helpful and decorated the house ahead of our arrival so as to make the welcome even more special! We all loved everything about it and would highly recommend.

Location, Space and Cleanliness

Beautifully decorated and tidy, great location and the hot tub was great fun.

The cutely wasn’t clean so we had to rewash them all in the dishwasher, the hand soap dispenser in the main bathroom was empty. There were also a lot of flies flying about in the open living area (despite us changing the bins after only a day) so once we got rid of them we tried to keep windows closed at night but that meant it was hot, so ideally given the change in climate it would be useful to have fans. The bunk bed mattress were well used, and thus uncomfortable to sleep on. Thankfully on day two there was parking outside thr property but otherwise there are only a few 23 hr spaces, so although the book says don’t park on the streets, I’m not sure how one would avoid this.
