About this house rental
This three bedroom beach house is the ideal base from which explore the whole sunny South East coast. The house is literally on the beach at Pevensey Bay offering panoramic sea views across the bay from the large conservatory and decking.
The house is very comfortable with large open plan living. The large airy lounge/dining area has a flat screen TV with Free-sat viewing, Blue Ray DVD player, CD, DAB radio and I-Pod dock system. The spacious kitchen has all the usual facilities and also includes a washing machine. There is a large patio sun deck garden immediately outside the lounge doors which leads onto the beach.
The property also benefits from wireless broadband at no extra cost.
All duvets, pillows, bedlinen and towels are provided.
The maximum occupancy of this home is six people and it is forbidden for more than six to stay overnight

House clean and warm. Position enviable. Media system good.Furniture generally rather well used and looking worse for wear in some cases. 2nd double bedroom bed mattress very thin and uncomfortable, two guests slept on sofas for two nights. Back door (on to beach) unable to be locked.Some lamps not working.Over all, good but not luxury accommodation.

We had the most amazing few days in Pevensey.
The location is amazing and to wake up to the sea every morning was such a treat.
Dogs loved it too!
