Below is the reply I got from Nest Penthouse - Hi Adewale, Im very sorry, but weve had to cancel your booking. The property sustained damage from previous guests and furnitures needs to be replaced. A full refund has been issued to the card on file. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.
When the booking was cancelled. I later moved to 3BR Amazing by Bricklane. I was shocked when I was asked to rate the accommodation as the booking was canceled. Please need my a full refund to be made to me.
