Access Tower Hill

The location was perfect, handy to everywhere we wanted to go including trains the size of the rooms and the space and bedrooms and bathrooms was great. So good not being constrained.

The heat affected things and having to keep the windows open made us open to a lot of noise at night. Fans really helped and the big airy rooms helped as well. Along either two sides of the building that meant one was a lot cooler

Location is perfect: near the downtown and close to Tower. 4-5 min walk to Aldgate metro station, 15 min to Liverpool station. Many shops like Tesco around, many restraunt, cafes, markets- definitely recommend the location!

First, it was underground level. And we didnt know that. A bit uncomfortable to carry heavy baggages down by long stairs. Second: We had a problem with locking the door. And the emergency contact didnt respond at all. We had to ask a stranger man to help us, as we all were ladies. Man could hardly lock the door and showed us a trick how it works. So, we recommend the owners to add an instruction on their tricky lock!

It was spacious, enough for our group. Well-equipped with basic things you need.

No handwash, and basic toiletries.

Location,security, & the view.

Zero extra blankets or pillows. Not a single eating utensil ( fork, spoon, knife) but had full kitchen with plates/pots/pans/ect. NO hand soap or cleaning supplies. ONE child sized,singular towel per bed. Apartment sleeps 6 people but has seating for 3 in the living area. We paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay here & it was the most ill-appointed lodging we’ve ever encountered in over 20 years of international traveling. Highly disappointed! & the communication with the host was terrible. We were advised that we were staying at one address & then upon arrival had to walk with all our luggage to a completely different location!
