It was clean, functional and comfortable. Clean white bedding and towels (need softer towels). Good security. Close to a tube station.
The main bathroom had a ‘drain’ smell that needs addressing. Needed some fans as the weather was boiling. The check in details and process was very ‘cloak and dagger’ made me very nervous towards the end. Only had the check in details provided at 3pm! Had to provide ID and a deposit before as well, never had this with booking.com properties? But deposit returned a few days later.

Convenient for business meeting location
Disappointed that the WiFi router was down. Broken blind in kitchen area Unusable blind in one of the bedrooms Irritating flickering ceiling lamp (connection or about to fail). A further bulb flashed intermittently - didnt use. Check in process was tedious and inaccurate
