The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and central London attractions. We stayed as a family and felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The support team was also very responsive and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit London in the future
The only downside was that the rooms facing the street could be a bit noisy at night due to traffic and city sounds. Other than that, everything was great.
