ロケーション。遅い時間のフライトだったが、空港近くの施設だったので、到着後時間をおかずにチェックインできた。また隣接地に大きなホーカーがあり、ビールも楽しめた。
かすかに下水のにおいがした。

The interior design is beautifully done.
The lift - have to wait for a long time.
The parking - so hard to go in and out with their “card scanning system” at the gate, it does not detect at once, the way to the basement parking very steep.
The toilet - it smells, something clogged there.

I really like the facilities in this apartment. There’s a playground, swimming pool, and gym. It’s also very convenient to find food since there’s a restaurant just across the lobby.
As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a bad smell. The toilet doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so the whole apartment smells like the bathroom. The place was also a bit dusty. Other than the smell and dust issue, everything else was fine — but the odor really affects the mood.
