I had a very pleasant 4D3N stay at this modern one bedroom apartment during my business trip. The unit was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with quality furniture and appliances. It came with a washer & dryer, microwave, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, cute living area, large TV, and fast Wi-Fi—everything needed for a comfortable stay. Suitable for small family. The location is excellent, just a short 100–200m walk to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, with a 24-hour Orange convenience store, restaurants, and plenty of free parking downstairs. The environment is quiet, making it ideal for both rest and work.One unique feature is the balcony. Although the apartment is on the 7th floor, it overlooks the landscaped podium, giving it a pleasant ground-floor feel.A few small improvements would make the stay even better: a Qibla direction sticker for Muslim guests, an iron and ironing board (more convenient than the handheld steamer, especially for larger garments or fabrics that are harder to press), better lift card responsiveness, and improved mobile phone reception inside the building.Overall, the positives far outweigh the minor shortcomings. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for business travellers or anyone visiting Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Well managed, very clean, fresh feeling when entering the room

An iron with ironing board would be a good addition. At the moment there is a clothes steamer
