الشقة قديمة بعض الشي وادوات المطبخ قديمة بحاجة لصيانة ، النظافة العامة جيدة الا انه توجد اوساخ وغبار تحت الاثاث بحاجة لتنظيف اعمق لا يوجد مسبح كما في الصور

The property was very clean and well maintained. Close to Theme parks and Yas Mall. The waters edge area within the complex is wonderful to sit in the evenings. There is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. We had a lovely time and would definitely be back.
An RO for drinking water would have been great

Location wise, it's nearby to the mall and the convenience store. Property in general is satisfactory clean. Staff is accomodating. Affordability wise, it is okay for a short stay. My kids liked the view of the planes flying over. Good experience.
The condition of the property in general is underwhelming. Some chipped paints, bathroom toilet bowl in the master is wobbly. Leakage under the kitchen sink. And the bedsheet is quite itchy felt like it was not washed properly. Property felt like it's just a place if you don't have any other better option to stay in.
