Good for a budget stay not too far from center of Milan

Spacious, quick check in and has underground parking for a small fee. Tram is close by to get to the center.

The plugs are not suitable for non Italian appliances, including laptop and mobile phone chargers. WiFi connection is very poor. Mobile Internet reception is also poor.

Absolutely unacceptable service.

When we arrived, the room was +16°C and the fan was blowing at full speed. We had to keep our coats on, and there wasn’t even an extra blanket. I went to the reception and was told the heating would turn on at 5 PM. After 5 PM, the temperature still wouldn’t increase. Back to the reception — this time they said “sometimes the heating turns on at 5, sometimes at 6…” The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room at all. First I was told a technician had been contacted; the second time the explanation was that “Wi-Fi simply doesn’t work on the 5th floor (??!)”. At 6:30 PM the heating still wasn’t working. I went to the reception again and demanded they call someone. Thirty minutes later, a maintenance guy arrived with a portable heater. I asked about the Wi-Fi — he tested it on his own phone, confirmed it wasn’t working, and just left. I emailed the manager on Saturday — it’s now Tuesday, and still no response. I also contacted Booking customer service — at least they replied after 36 hours… For the second night, I requested a room with working Wi-Fi. This time the excuse was that “the building is private and the hotel can’t do anything about the Wi-Fi, but a technician has been called.” Wi-Fi worked in the hallway on the 5th floor, but not in our room. They refused to move us to another room. Constant excuses and zero effort to provide what is promised to customers. At reception there’s a notice listing how much you pay if you lose the key, need extra towels, etc. But this “hotel” doesn’t deliver what it advertises in the first place.

Actually some strange rule after booing or when you reached I had non refundable and at time of check in. Said no guests allowed to meet , and have to pay extra and this and that it was a sort of bad it should be informed at time Of booking

Very bad hosts, I would say they were very rude and not welcoming at all. There was no blanket in the room, I asked for one two days in a row and still didn’t receive it. I had to cover myself with the bedsheet. The staff yelled at us when we asked for information. The room was very different from the pictures. The beds were very bad, they creaked loudly every time you moved. There was constant noise, people were drilling at 8 in the morning. But what I really want to emphasize is that the host was of very poor quality – extremely unpleasant and unprofessional

Not worth the money

Staff was helpful, bed big and comfortable, clean room and bedsheets. Air condition worked well.

The view outside the balcony is covered by shelving and workers start to climb there as from 8am. Balcony was dirty and some construction waste was left there. Dishes and forks were quite dirty. Some shelves were broken.

We had different expectations

I will not recommend you ever going there. We went with my friend earlier of the check in cause we communicated at whatsup with someone and they let us go at 11:45. When we arrive there the woman in the reception was rude and she didn’t even answer to our question. After some time that we asked her too many times she let us go to our room. The room was way worse than we expected. The hole apartment stinked like womid. My friend almost threw up. When we came back we were freezing and the air conditioning was not working. The guy at the reception told us the central heating was on but until morning nothing better. There was no hot water for bathing. And all the 1st floor smell weed. Finally they charged 26€ for 2 friends that they came to visit us for a little and they don’t give us a receipt.

Mi Casa is cool

Spacious and clean rooms. Very good location, near Milano city centre and right next to a local train station and a supermarket.

Not at all impressed.

No breakfast here. The location was about 3 minutes from a tram stop. Not very near to Milan Central though if you wanted to walk it. It would take about 1 and a half hours, but half hour by tram to the Duomo, and about 45 minutes to the Central station by tram and Metro.

I had booked my apartment more than 24 hours in advance giving notice that I might not get there before 11pm once I picked up my luggage and heard nothing (check-in is until 11pm). So I was shocked when I got off the plane the next day at 21:35 to see 3 missed calls from them, and then a message to say that if I don’t check in online before 21:30 I won’t be able to enter the residence. ‘We close!!’. That’s the last thing a lone female traveller wants to hear when she arrives in another country. Thankfully I arrived about 11.05pm, and a very friendly security man let me in, took photos of my ID, and gave me the keys to my apartment. I was not at all impressed with the cleanliness level, and apart from the lovely security guard the receptionists during my 4 day stay were not the most helpful or pleasant, so never again.

ca si locatie foarte ok. apa calda non stop asternut curat si nu era mizerabil deloc( mai ales ca era alb) cald in camera( pentru 20 februarie a fost foarte bine) ca un plus: o terasa imensa in fata camerei.

nu iti dau decat prosoape si sapunuri mici ( nu gel nu sapun lichid) hartia igienica a fost cu portia( am cerut extra si au strambat din nas insa au mai oferit) se aude tot de la vecini. patul a fost cred rupt ca avea o adancitura pe centru 🤣 la bucatarie nu au cutit , nu au solutie de spalat vase si multe altele. nu fac curat in camere ( am stat 3 zile si nu au intrat deloc)

Buona posizione,comodo parcheggio,pessima pulizia e manutenzione degli impianti e accessori.

Gli impianti di illuminazione non funzionavano tutti, la pulizia era superficiale, il microonde sporchissimo, la piastra ad induzione rotta, il primo giorno siamo stati senza acqua calda, in camera la luce centrale non funzionava e neppure una lampada a parete.Siamo ripartiti un giorno prima per questi motivi.Non abbiamo potuto cucinare nulla e abbiamo scelto di andare in appartamento perchè devo seguire una dieta particolare.

Non ho fatto la colazione. La camera pulita. Cortesi nel servizio. Si raggiunge facilmente dal centro di Milano. Il posto ha anche il parcheggio.

Non più di una notte o due solo per dormire

Posizione buona alle porte di Milano (tram 15 a cento metri ma lo sconsiglio la sera). Tutto sommato silenziosa nonostante recensioni che lamentano molto rumore.

La struttura denota tutti gli anni che ha. Le foto sono molto belle, la realtà è differente. Le pareti delle camere hanno evidenti segni di umidità, sono scrostate e andrebbero rinfrescate. Ottima la presenza di una scrivania in ogni stanza, se si potesse usare! Il letto arriva praticamente a ridosso della scrivania tanto che è obbligatorio stare seduti sul letto per usarla (anche perché non ci sono sedie se non un paio sul balcone ma che non potrebbero mai stare tra il letto e la scrivania. La cucina... Non è una cucina. Viene fornita (su richiesta) una piastra ad induzione singola. C'è un piccolo microonde. Punto. No tavolo. No sedie. C'è la Nespresso per farsi il caffè al mattino ma bisogna chiedere l'adattatore perché le prese sono tutte da 10A e la schuko non entra. Bagno con rubinetti usurati dal tempo e tenda doccia piena di muffa.

Il costo della stanza e' stato eccessivamente alto per la qualita del servizio offerto. La stanza non era ben pulita, il frigorifero e' stato evidentemente staccato con conseguente accumulo di acqua al suo interno. Poche stoviglie ed in condizione pietose. Tanfo in camera.

Vicinissimo al tram e ben collegato alla metro di Piazza Abbiategrasso. Personale presente 24/24. Camera molto ampia dotata di cucina, frigo, bollitore e balcone.

Estaba bien conectado con el centro, aún que había que coger el Tram que tardaba 40 minutos.

El mal olor del baño, la incomodidad de las camas. Además pedimos un rollo de papel y nos mandaron al supermercado a comprar, de vergüenza la verdad. El check out muy temprano, a las 10 de la mañana y por cada hora que pasases de más te cobran 15€. Nada que ver las imágenes con la habitación que te ofrecen, la luz de la cocina no funcionaba bien y parpadeaba siempre, las camas eran dos dobles juntas y se separaban muy fácil, además de que parecía cartón el colchón.
