    We booked the hotel at the last moment after realising we had forgotten to get a hotel. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and services in room , only negative point would be lack of commodities ( no tooth paste , no glasses , no plates , no microwave , water has to be paid to be bought which is the most basic necessity considering it’s a 4 star hotel) apart from that we are really happy to choose la spezia and we hope to return to you guys soon maybe in a different branch next time ;)

    The staff is really kind, helpful and friendly. He allows me to check-in early. The room is bright, clean and comfortable. The location is in the residence area which is quite but I feel safe, just 9 minute-walking to metro station Romolo.
