About this house rental

House "Wiedhölzl", detached. 2 apartments in the property. 3 km from the centre of Bramberg, 6 km from the centre of Neukirchen, 10 km from the centre of Hollersbach, in a sunny position on a slope. For shared use: garden. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Private: patio. Bread roll service. Single garage at the house. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Wenns Bahnhof" 4.2 km, railway station "Wenns" 4.2 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Gondola lift 4 km, sled run 4 km, cross country ski track 4.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Wildkogel/Neukirchen 4 km, Resterhöhe/Pass Thurn/Kitzbühel 6.5 km. Notes: One ground floor room remains locked. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Winter information: gondola lift to the Wildkogel/Neukirchen ski area and to the longest toboggan run in Europe (illuminated daily until 10 p.m.) 4.

Shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Heating. Panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Das Haus ist wunderschön am Berg gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet (auch scharfe Messer!) und sehr gut für 13-14 Personen geeignet. Die Wirtin hat uns einmal bekocht und Brötchen könnte man auch a die Haustür bestellen . Wir haben uns rundherum Wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
