About this chalet rental

Accommodation description:
This authentic chalet in central Kirchberg is within walking distance of lifts, restaurants and après-ski. 400 years old, carefully restored 2010/2016 while retaining primal elements and modern comforts. Ideal for families/friends, with privacy and sauna. Children can play safely in spacious garden. South-facing sun terrace has garden furniture and lounge set, perfect for relaxing with wine or beer
There is an electric car charging point 200 metres from the chalet.
Among winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet is very popular. This is because the nearby Fleckalmbahn will not take you to just any piste but to the second largest ski area in all of Europe! From here, you make a quick crossing to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres).
In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. With over 500 kilometres of well-signposted hiking trails, you will make the most beautiful walks here. Several golf courses can be found within a 30 km radius. Mountain bikers enjoy all the beautiful trails and surprising tours here

+ Good starting point for excursions, great terrace, well-equipped kitchen - Mattresses partly broken, dirty bed linen, sauna not used because very musty, crunchy floor and therefore very loud, wasp nest directly at the house and therefore constantly wasp visit and that with toddler (2 people were stung), peeling plaster which is tried to repair with adhesive tape, water stains and partly mold in the bathroom, 4 bedrooms with a view towards the train tracks Conclusion: You can see that it was renovated a while ago, but obviously only with poor quality. The price was ok, but we wouldn't come back with so many flaws.

Heel ruim huis op goede locatie vlakbij centrum Kirchberg. Parkeerplaats voor 4 auto' s direct naast het huis. Fijne sfeer en goed warm te stoken. Feine Betten, viele Decken, Gläser und andere Annehmlichkeiten.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Liegt zentral: kurze Wege in den Stadtkern, Bäcker, Bahnhof, etc. Und ist voll ausgestattet. Es fehlt nicht wie in manchen FeWo an Geschirr. Garten ist über seitlichen Zugang begehbar und nicht direkt von der Terrasse was für Hundebesitzer bzw. Familien mit Kleinkindern evtl interessant ist. Haus hat kleine Gebrauchsspuren was nach der Anzahl der Jahre seit der Renovierung klar ist. Uns macht das nichts aus-werden gerne wieder kommen!
