Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 70 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Table tennis, volleyball court, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 500 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises.
