Nothing to 'Reva' about. And not a resort.

Staff were excellent, the sommelier Andrea is a standout. We didn't want to indulge in dinner at the Michelin restaurant but were served some snacks and salad which is what was needed after a heavy lunch in La Morra. The surrounding Barolo country is exquisite.

The word 'Resort' is misleading. There's an infinity pool and that's about it. And a spa that we didn't try. But nowadays these features count as 'permission to play'. They're nothing special and certainly not worthy of the tag "resort". The bathroom was very small, especially the shower cubicle...and that's for a 'Deluxe' room with a varanda. There are maintenance details that need attending to, especially if the room rate comes at a much higher price than somewhere like the Principi di Piedmont in Turin (immaculately maintained 5-star property). Examples; the air conditioner had a cover missing, the varanda doors were almost impossible to close, one of the windows was only half covered by a curtain (why?). Given the price tag, an underwhelming experience.

Perfect!

We loved basically everything. Highlights: - Attention to details, all the details. we asked for some sparkling wine while staying next to the pool. Not just the wine was beyond fantastic, but it was served in plastic flute (sure, you can’t use glass by the pool), and that flute was an object of design by itself. - brilliant breakfast. Rare thing for Italy. Local products, fantastic selection, nice serving. - …and all the rest of the food as well. We had diner in the Resort’s restaurant, and it was extremely good. - fabulous staff. We felt warmly welcomed and sincerely taken care of.

I wish the bed could be softer, but it’s more about personal preferences rather than hotel itself.

the michelin starred restaurant advertised in the hotel premises was closed for annual vacation. this info should have been posted on booking.com. we made the booking through booking.com but was advised by staff that we should have checked their website for the restaurant's closure. .? it is a nice, small and remote resort. Without the restaurant not nearly worth the fortune we paid for the room.

Wonderful rooms, great breakfast, the pool has a great view on the vineyards, awesome location close to Barolo and La Morra.

It might be due to COVID but there was few stuff available for either ordering things at the bar, at the pool or in the restaurant.

Everything was amazing. Food outstanding, super helpful staff and the area also superb. We went with two small children (8m and 3y) but that was welcomed despite it mostly being a nice spa for couples.

Very nice resort in the middle of Langhe, with a good spa that you can enjoy also in the winter

Awesome breakfast! The Spa is also very nice, even in the winter thanks to the indoor swimming pool

The Spa experience could be improved. We didn't manage to turn on the turkish bath as there were no clear indications, and it would be nice to offer guests some hot tea/water.

Beautiful place, value for money, kind staff with some exceptions in the bistro. We enjoyed our stay

Splendid location. Neat rooms. Fully equipped. Bathrobe, slippers, lots of towels, fine bedlinnen and ample cushions, water and café facility. Pools were very nice. Easy accessible. Quiet patio. Good sunbeds. Bath caps were made available. Staff was friendly but not always on top of things (in the restaurant it was worse). Nice that you could easily buy local wine and other things. The prepared breakfast tray (because of covid-19) was very good and had a great variety.

More attention for easy charging iPhone. Power outlets were for Italian plugs or at strange places in the room if suited for a normal European plug. The hottub was not at all hot. We had to add quite some hot water ourselves. There were no towels in the hottub room. We went to swim but the staff did not out of its own offer the towels and those were not lying around at the pool. The staff in the bistro was inadequate. Information about what you could eat was only given, apart from a small menu, after we made further enquiries. The grapes that was explicitly advised by the staff at the table turned out to be out of stock. When we came to have breakfast (our third time in a not crowded restaurant) the waitress made no sign she recognized us which added to the impersonal treatment.

Il resort Revá è stata una piacevole scoperta. É immerso nel paesaggio unico delle Langhe. Dispone di comfort e servizi per rilassarsi e staccare dalla frenesia della quotidianità. Struttura bellissima, Spa piccola ma molto bella, abbiamo fatto una degustazione di vini locali offerta dalla struttura molto ben curata e coinvolgente. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che la colazione fosse preparata in base alle richieste e non a buffet per evitare sprechi, buonissima e ottimo servizio sia a colazione che al ristorante per cena.

Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, wir haben es als angenehm empfunden, dass das Frühstück serviert wurde und kein Anstehen am Buffet notwendig war. Die Hotelanlage liegt sehr schön in den Weinbergen und bei unserem Aufenthalt war es sehr angenehm ruhig. Kleiner, sauberer Pool. Oft hatten wir den Pool am späteren Nachmittag und Abend für uns alleine. Nettes, sehr hilfsbereites Personal, sehr guter Fahrradservice

Wir waren haben von Sonntag Nachmittag bis Donnerstag gebucht, während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir keine Möglichkeit am Abend im Hotel zu essen. Im Kleiderkasten in unserem Zimmer war die Stange für die Kleiderbügel für uns mit einer Körpergröße von 165 kaum zu erreichen.

Ristorante FRE interessante, gusti forti e decisi, originale, ottimo. Carta dei vini all'altezza di uno stellato. buona la loro produzione. Personale perfetto. Colazione buona, varia e alla carta. Personale gentilissimo e solerte.

Non c'è campo per il telefono e a parte il wifi non funziona il telefono in camera per telefonare all'esterno. Doccia piccola, piccolissima. Struttura con molto cemento, col caldo non è il massimo

Un luogo in cui rilassarsi totalmente

Camera pulita ed elegante. SPA con sauna, bagno turco, vasca fredda e piscina a mia totale disposizione prima di cena. Colazione eccezionale. Graditissimo dolcino di accoglienza all’arrivo in camera.

La posizione è in una valle in mezzo alle vigne, vista deliziosa ma un po’ “chiusa”. Preferisco i posti in cima alle colline.
