The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

Fabulous location on the Woodgate esplanade and split level floor plan works well. Parts of the house need a refresh including soft furnishings. Profusion of plastic plants could be scaled back - less is sometimes more! Garage space not long enough to fit a standard vehicle. Local agents were friendly and arrangements went smoothly.

Excellent position on the Esplanade, with wonderful views. Nearby to the Bowls Club for dining options. The house is well maintained and the description of facilities is accurate. The provisions in the kitchen and bathroom were appreciated. Will definitely be returning.

The house was well maintained and clean and well set up for our arrival.Kitchen well equiped and the bathrooms clean. Linen was supplied which was great, though it would have been good to have supplied the same number of facewashers as the number of towels. lovely front veranda with great views. Would stay there again.
