The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

Amazing location and lay out; beautiful Indoor and outdoor places to eat, lounge and come together with family. Loved the outdoor shower for getting rid of the sand after fun at the beach.On an extremely hot, still day, only two of the four bedrooms have air conditioning, with none in the living areas, so this can get uncomfortable. But on a sea breeze day, there are fans throughout, so it is very pleasant.The kitchen is beautiful. It could use a few pots and pans; looks like previous guests have been hard on the electric fry pan and other fry pan, with surfaces scratched off in parts. It would be amazing to have a coffee machine.

We found the house absolutely wonderful for a group as we were ,to stay in . Only disappointment was 2 TVs had problems washing machine would not fill with water, also oven kept turning off when cooking .

Everything was lovely, the customer service was great, Woodgate is a lovely little town to visit, the house was clean and a comfortable place to stay, the only complaint we had was the second single bed had a very uncomfortable mattress, which needs to be replaced
