The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind by the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

- On arrival, all guests are required to complete a Holding Bond. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay.

Fantastic location and a lovely house. Pool furniture(table) what mouldy on the top some kitchen items were not clean (small frypan and a baking tray were not clean).Beds were very comfortable. For the price WiFi would have been good to have. Overall we were generally happy with most amenities.

Great location. Older place but clean and functional, with plenty of kitchen ware. Take own wine glasses. Aircon worked well. Poor water pressure but maybe that is a town issue. Pool needed some attention to water balance, but wasn’t swimming weather for us in any case- if going in summer I would have asked them for some salt and or chlorine. Party house next door but they didn’t go late. Easy walk to the pub, great beach access, off street parking and plenty of outside space to eat and bbq.
