House was so clean and did not feel like usual “pet friendly” places that are usually not as nice. It’s right across from the pool which was an added benefit and we loved taking the golf cart to the beach!

Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was nicely decorated. The filtered water and ice from the fridge/freezer was not working (and leaking on to the floor). We contacted MVH and asked them to send an appliance repair person. They sent a general maintenance person who was not able to fix it, but said the appliance repair person would come out within 24 hours. Then they told us they couldn't get someone until after we checked out. They did bring a bag of ice. The golf cart does NOT have seatbelts. This was not ideal for our family with 3 young children. We wished these places had the basics like salt/pepper and coffee filters, but it didn't. Also, it would have been nice to have a rack to hang wet clothes and curtains in the bedrooms to block out the early morning sun.
