🚗 Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.
🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This open-concept apartment accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.
🚗🔑 Garage Access: Not upkeep for guests, but may be available upon request.
🅿️Parking Limit: Up to 4 regular-sized cars or 2 cars and 1 oversized vehicle.
👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.

Our son participated in the 70.3 Ironman in Chattanooga. The house was only 20 min away from Ross’s Landing (start/finish of race). The house was adorable and extremely clean!!! The owner Joel and the rental company were more than kind and responded to all of our needs immediately. We would highly recommend staying here to everyone!!
