PLEASE NOTE:
** Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation. Additionally, a security deposit of $300 may be required for your stay.
** Our property is located within the mountain range, and being so, has a steep and narrow driveway, with potential for rough and/or uneven terrain.
** Guests are welcome to enjoy the front and back of the property, along with all areas on the main and upper levels of the home. The garage and basement will stay locked and aren’t available during your stay.
** Please park in front of the house, and when leaving, use the turnaround space near the picnic table to head out safely. Because the home is set within the mountain range, the driveway does have a steep slope—vehicles without 4WD may find it a bit challenging to navigate.
** Our home sits in a peaceful rural area, so you likely won’t see or hear many neighbors. We do ask that guests keep noise down during late-night and early-morning hours to help maintain the calm atmosphere for everyone nearby.
