The house is so generous in size that it's even great for two families. A large heated pool, secluded lot, and a spacious yet cozy 2400 sq ft interior combine for the perfect family getaway. Literally one minute from some of the country's best beaches, 15 minutes from wonderful restaurants and shopping, and only about 30 min from Sarasota and an hour from the attractions of Tampa. Loved this house. It was so close to manasota beach. This was perfect for my little family. My only complaint is the paint chipping by the pool, but it wasn't that big of deal. I'm already thinking about coming back next year. Doug was great and very responsive.

We just stayed for 3 days with family from out of town and had the best time!! House was clean and pool was amazing. There is plenty of stuff in the garage to use for the beach and lots of pool stuff to play with. I would definitely stay here again and the owner Doug was super helpful and very responsive to all my annoying messages lol.

No need to shop around. This is it! Six adults stayed with a bedroom to spare. Enjoyed the pool day and night. Watched sporting events in the tiki bar. Spacious kitchen for cooking a feast. Maximum indoor and outdoor privacy. Feels like you are on your own little resort. Excellent location to beaches and stores. Host is extremely accommodating, kind, and available. Guests say they will stay there again in a heartbeat!

Excellent house for large groups. Watching March Madness basketball at the tiki bar and from the pool was so fun. The pool area needs an update but owner was very responsive to suggestions. I would recommend this house to others. Thanks Douglas
