Gorgeous and fully remodeled four bedroom home, less than one mile from Manasota beach! A two minute drive and your family is on Manasota beach, one of the best beaches in the USA! The house is so generous in size that it's even great for two families. A large heated pool, secluded lot, and a spacious yet cozy 2400 sq ft interior combine for the perfect family getaway. Literally one minute from some of the country's best beaches, 15 minutes from wonderful restaurants and shopping, and only about 30 min from Sarasota and an hour from the attractions of Tampa. Enjoy a wonderful Florida vacation!

Very nice house, spacious, high ceilings, plenty of space for adults and kids, cool layout, several doors open to the pool area, stunning kitchen, quiet road, quick ride to the beach. SO close to a 5 star! It just needs a few things. Paint on pool patio is chipping and sticks to feet, bathing suits, etc. Window treatments/blinds are outdated and some are broken. Grandma’s old dusty floral arrangements need to be donated. They are killing the upscale vibe. Hope to return and see the updates completed so I can give a 5 star review next time!

This house was everything and more! Close to the beach and great restaurants but tucked away and quiet. The house is exactly what I would build if I could design my dream home (Doug please send me the plans!). The layout and furniture is lovely, spacious and suited our group perfectly. The back yard is an oasis! We didn't want to leave!

This property did not disappoint. Wonderful spot for our girls weekend. Very clean and has all the amenities you could ask for and then some. Douglas was very responsive on the few occasions we communicated. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.
