About this house rental
In the heart of the Bay of Arcachon, 5 minutes walk from the coastal path, the beach of La Teste and the port of the Rock, in a very quiet residential area.
For 4 people, the completely refurbished accommodation, is ideally placed to discover and enjoy the Bay of Arcachon, cycle paths at the foot of the house, shops and train station nearby less than 1 km away.
The house, located at the bottom of our enclosed garden and with a surface area of 35 m², consists of a living room, a bedroom with a double bed 140X190, a shower room, separate toilet and a large private terrace surrounding the house.
The living room includes a dining area, a fitted and functional kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine) and a living room (sofa bed, coffee table, connected TV).PGJyPgPGJyPg
The private terrace is equipped with a garden table, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs.
12 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches Pereire, Arbousiers and Pyla sur mer.
A few minutes more for the ocean beaches of Petit Nice or the Lagoon.
Less than 5 minutes for the beach of Hume and its charming little port.
Everything is also accessible by bike.
Possibility to rent for short stays, 1 night at certain periods, with a contribution to the cleaning costs 25€.
Discount for weekly rentals and more.
Long-term rental possible.
Pets allowed (depending on pet and after contact).
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request (10 € per person).
