**This property is a duplex that does have an have unit downstairs. The downstairs unit is also a short term rental and at times could have a guest. The units have separate entrances are designed to NOT have any disturbance nor shared spaces.

Access will be with coded entry to enter. Guest will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the owners closets, that will be locked prior to your arrival.

Guest will have access to Host Managers during the stay between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm with a 1 hour response time. Feel free to reach out for housing inquiries and lodging emergencies.

• No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.

• Guests: No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.

• Pets: Absolutely NO pets are allowed.

• Parking: Please use the designated parking areas only.

• Trash: Place all trash and recycling in the black and brown bins at the front of the home.

• Neighbors: Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
