Bedroom 1 (Flex Room/Office): Twin daybed that converts to a full + desk workspace – perfect for remote work or a cozy night in.
Bedroom 2: Spacious king bed for ultimate comfort.
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds – ideal for families or groups.

Pets are not permitted on any furniture or to be left alone inside or outside the premises unless in a kennel. Please pickup after your pet (waste & hair). Report any damage immediately.

Wonderful stay at this Midtown Cottage. It’s an older home that has been remodeled very well and still retaining a lot of charm. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need to cook in, comfortable beds and nice interior surroundings. Cute little screened porch with rockers that would be nice to use in good weather. The host is very attentive to one’s needs and is great with communication. This is our second stay at one of her properties (she has three) and would not hesitate to book again. The home is also located in a very convenient area; a short distance to restaurants and shops.
