Put on a vinyl record, draw a warm bath or cozy up in front of the vintage fireplace. Our lovingly restored Craftsman bungalow dates back to the turn of the century and is tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Waverly Terrace Historic District. This home blends timeless character with modern amenities, making it the perfect retreat for your stay in the city. Whether you’re in town for a getaway, work or military events, we offer a warm southern welcome and a clean, stylish, comfortable place to stay.
Thoughtfully curated with mid-century and antiques finds, our newly renovated 2000 square foot home has 14 foot ceilings, original fireplaces in every room, transom windows and beautiful original built-in cabinetry, all carefully preserved to maintain the home’s historical charm. There is natural light that filters through floor to ceiling windows in every room. The living room is cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Put on a vinyl record and pour a glass of wine while you tinker in the updated kitchen featuring modern appliances and everything you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. Have your coffee at the bistro table that overlooks a private back yard perfect for grilling and entertaining youngins. It is clean, spacious and uncluttered. So much love and thought has gone into every detail of this space!

This large room offers a king size bed with memory foam mattress, a private full bathroom with original, restored clawfoot tub, and a smart TV.
⭑Secondary Bedroom⭑
Offers a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, closet, smart TV, and blackout curtains.
⭑Third Bedroom/Office⭑
This space has a twin size trundle bed that sleeps 2. There is a dedicated work space as well with high-speed internet access. We offer some basic exercise equipment as this is typically cumbersome to pack. There is also a travel crib available if you are traveling with little ones.

Our bungalow is ideally situated literally around the corner from Piedmont Midtown Hospital and a hop-skip-and-jump from St. Francis Hospital for easy access for travel nurses and medical students alike. If you’re in town for business or visiting loved ones at Fort Moore, you’ll be a quick 8 mile drive to the main gate on post.
Parking is anywhere on the street and is usually plentiful. Please limit to 2 cars per stay. If you don’t have a car, then Uber/Lyft is your best bet when heading out of the neighborhood.

I booked this house for a quick 2-night stay as we attended a graduation at Fort Benning. The house was so beautiful and cozy and clean, so many little touches ! Lindsay was a fantastic host, providing the pre check in info, some tips for places to eat and responsive to messages during our stay. The street was quiet and location was great - about 20 min to the base and close to local restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you

Words can not describe the true beauty of this home from the second I walked through the door every word was oh my oh my she really outdid herself. This was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed it’s gorgeous the beds are so comfortable and the claw foot tub topped it off for me. The decor is spot on the high ceilings and vintage vibe with modern decor holy moly my son graduated airborne and is going across the country to his duty station and he really needed this. We absolutely love that she had plush towels. Everything was super clean and the area rugs were fluffy and expensive and the curtains with the bamboo blinds I cannot even express how gorgeous we absolutely loved our stay and Lindsay was the greatest host ever I cannot wait for my son to go back to FORT BENNING for Ranger school because I am booking this place. Everything was breathtaking. I can’t thank you enough Lindsay for getting me in last minute in accommodating us. God bless you keep shining and keep designing.

The family and I had a great time staying. The house was in very good shape. Check in process was very easy. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious and bathrooms were really nice. Kitchen was well stocked and maintained. Lindsay was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Lindsey was an amazing host. We were in town for my son's TG ceremony, and I would definitely choose to stay at this property again. The house is spacious, very nice, and clean. We felt right at home.
