A small terraced house - centrally located in Bedburg - ideal for holiday guests, family visits, travellers passing through on the A61, business travellers, trade fair visitors, excursions to Cologne or Düsseldorf, Family excursion to Phantasialand, relaxation in the wellness sauna resort Monte Mare Bedburg, Sport at the Erftaue golf club.
Located directly on the Erft cycle path. Secure garage parking for several bicycles with charging connection.
75 square metres of living space with 2 bedrooms on two floors plus partially covered small courtyard.

- Small bedroom with 1.40 m futon bed and desk/chair
