This exceptionally well refurbished 4-bed house sits right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea, with off road parking, convenient for the shops, harbour and coast. The spacious interior is all beautifully furnished & fitted to a very high standard and the ground floor comprises an open plan living dining kitchen area, with a very well equipped kitchen, and a lovely flow between the downstairs and the outdoor space. There are two separate sitting areas, both with TVs and log burners, and an 'off the beach' utility room with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus ample space to dry wet clothes and store beach gear.
The upstairs boasts 2 en suite double bedrooms, both with rainwater showers, a further queen sized room and a bunk room for two smaller guests. There is also a spacious family bathroom. Outside, there is a lovely secure, walled garden that is a sun trap during the day, large outdoor table that seats 8, perfect for all fresco dining on a warm summer's day, and a charcoal BBQ. Bikes can be stored under cover in garden.
One well-behaved dog allowed.
