Welcome to SURFIN' SAFARI... This premium beachfront condo welcomes up to 6 guests. Its open floor plan showcases impressive front-row views of the Gulf. Sit on the private patio and enjoy the ocean view and refreshing breeze, or relax inside where you'll find two bedrooms (a King bed with an adjustable base that raises for maximum comfort while watching TV and a second bedroom with a Queen bed + Twin bunk beds). The two bathrooms include an XL custom walk-in shower plus an X-wide tub/shower.
After a fun day at the beach, check out the condo's two pools (one is heated into the low 80s in winter weather permitting), hot tub, outdoor grills, and fitness center… Or hang out in the living room, where you'll find a big comfy power recliner and oversized leather couch to enjoy watching TV (65-inch TV with Sonos soundbar).
New Professional Café Appliances highlight the kitchen with unique features including a double oven with convection baking, a 5-burner cooktop, a microwave that can also Air fry, a "hush" quiet dishwasher, and full size Fisher and Paykel refrigerator/freezer. The professionally remodeled kitchen is perfect for baking cookies, reheating leftovers from the island's many restaurants, or cooking a 5-star meal. The Dawn Condominiums charge a $40 parking fee per vehicle for a 1-3 day stay, a $50 fee for a 4-29 day stay and $100 fee for 30 days or more.
This fee is NOT included in your total & must be paid upon arrival to The Dawn. You can pick up the parking pass and amenities wristbands from the office once paid. Pay by QR code (that will be given to you the day of check-in) or pay at the office.

We are located on Seawall Blvd. You can hear and see street traffic when on the patio. You must cross the road to get to the beach. Quick 2 minute walk.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
6 guests maximum allowed at this property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
If you smoke inside the condo or on the patio you will be charged a $500 fine.
If you bring a pet/animal you will be charged a $500 fine.
AMENITIES: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay. Should an amenity not work or fail during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue right away.
CHECK IN PROCESS:
Guests will receive the door code on the day of your arrival no later than 4 pm. We do not give the code out until the condo is ready. We cannot guarantee early check-ins but we always let the guests in as soon as the condo is ready.
Once you arrive you will see a QR code in the condo, scan the code to complete the required information and pay the parking fee, then you will need to go to the front desk to pick up your parking passes and amenity wrist bands. If you arrive after hours you can simply visit the office in the morning to pick up your passes but you will still need to register and pay using the QR code.
Office hours vary depending on season.

The host was very easy to communicate with and was helpful the whole way through. The home is comfortable and very well decorated. I spent my time here as a rest and recharge time and it was perfect. We want to come back soon!

The host went above and beyond to ensure that the cousins reunion for my 87-yr old mother and her 88-yr old cousin went smoothly. They both absolutely loved the condo, and made memories together that will always remain for each of them… thank you, Sam!
