About this apartment rental

Dawn 823 - At The Beach is a second-floor unit at The Dawn Condominiums. This lovely 1/1 will accommodate up to 6 guests. Guests who stay in the unit will enjoy a poolside patio from their condominium. Walk out and watch all the fun at the swimming and barbecue area. Guests may want to sit on the patio and enjoy their morning coffee. This unit does have a beautiful Gulf view, with easy access to the beach on the first floor. There is even a ramp near the parking which may be used by guests with mobility challenges. This unit is located on the 2nd floor - walk up only, no elevator.

The large one-bedroom unit features an open living and dining room. The living area has both a leather couch and queen gel & memory foam sleeper sofa. The living room also has a very large flat-screen television and cable television. The pub-style dining table will accommodate four comfortably. The primary bedroom also features a king-size bed, large flat-screen television, cable TV, ceiling fan, and private access to the full bath. One of the closets has been converted into a space for a twin bunk bed. The updated, modern kitchen at The Dawn 823 - At The Beach is fully stocked for the convenience of our guests with ample dishes, utensils, cooking tools, pots and pans, and serving pieces. Guests will enjoy a full oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a large pantry. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer for the convenience of our guests.

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS
The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay $37.89 per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.

NOTES Parking is paid to The Dawn upon arrival.

All guests must pay parking fee per vehicle. 1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax (4.12) making it a flat rate $50.00

Pool bands must be picked up from the front office at The Dawn

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, City Police and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a parking fee per vehicle (two max).
When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.
Most HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.
Resort amenities require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).
Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. A Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to go over the location and access of specific units.

Even if listed as a provided amenity, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable packages, networks, channels, cable signal quality, or internet signal quality. Cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Would stay again! Excellent location across from beach and easy access to Walmart for groceries, supplies, etc. Enjoyed the pools, too.

Clean room, host communicated well, good ocean view, nice clean pool. Supplies are limited. If you’re staying for a week bring your own toilet paper and dish soap. Also if you have kids be careful the tv is just sitting on the edge of a tv stand that is doesn’t fit in.
