Clean, great view. Close as you can get to the beach. Only complaint is that the twin beds are not actual beds… they are fold out cots. I would also recommend bringing an air up mattress instead of using the fold out bed from the couch. Air conditioner worked great though. Happy with everything else.

The hot tub was great...the pool is beautiful! Having to pay for parking in the lot of the condo I've already paid to rent is absurd. All sleeping accomodations were extremely uncomfortable. The online photos make the condo seem bigger than it is actually. There are no handles on the outside of the sliding glass doors. The doors are metal, old and very heavy so no handles made it difficult to get back in from the patio if nobody was inside to open the doors.
