Things To Know:
Dock parking: Parking is available on the right side of Bottle Bay Road, about 20 feet from the driveway.
The dock has a small fence on either side of it with stone steps going down.
Outdoor games: Giant Connect 4, Cornhole, Ax Throwing, Volleyball Net, Giant dice, whiffle ball, and bocce ball.
Guests will not have access to stables, other outbuildings, and marsh. These areas are off-limits.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was great! Only issue was there was trash left in the pull out trash cans in the kitchen.

The house was great and had everything you would need and was very comfortable. When we arrived there was no water and we were unable to talk to anyone local for multiple hours and either had to go without water or figure it out ourselves. Eventually the property owner came about 12 hours later to check on the water situation. The pictures and description make it sound like the house is just across the main rd from the dock/water. In reality the house is up the hill on a gravel road about a half mile walk from the dock. Also be aware that there is a camera on the front of the barn that appears to point straight into the upstairs master bathroom shower window. If you stay make sure that you close the blinds before getting into the shower.

This was overall a fantastic experience. The house is incredibly private, up a long gravel driveway with views of the lake. It was clean and well appointed. I can't wait to book this house again!
