- This home is located in a peaceful, residential community. To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM – 8 AM. No parties or events are permitted, and the primary renter must be 32 years or older.
- A privacy-safe noise monitoring device is installed, measuring only volume levels (decibels) to ensure compliance with community guidelines. It does not and cannot record audio.
- The exterior gas fire pit is winterized and unavailable outside of the summer months.
- The boat lift at the dock is not available for guest use.
- Seasonal Water Levels: Each year, around late September, the Army Corps of Engineers begins lowering the lake level by 10-12 feet, making all boat docks inaccessible. The water typically returns to full pool by mid-to-late June.
