The Strandoase vacation rental is located on a quiet side street, yet still centrally in the heart of Burhave. The town center, with its shops, bakery, and restaurants, is just a few steps away. The dike, beach, play barn, and North Sea lagoon are also within walking distance.
Highlights of the apartment include the swimming pool at the vacation complex (which guests are welcome to use free of charge, subject to availability and opening hours) as well as a sauna (for a fee) with a sauna garden. There is also a lounge (fireplace room); where a small selection of vacation reading material and board games is available) and a table tennis room. Furthermore, the park-like outdoor area features several furnished seating areas and barbecue spots, as well as a lawn for sunbathing and a separate children’s playground. Bicycles can be stored under cover, and there is a dedicated charging station for e-bikes.
The apartment has its own private parking space directly in front of the house.

The vacation rental is located on the first floor of the Erika guesthouse and can accommodate a total of 4 people.
The beds are divided between 2 rooms; there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed, and a comfortable double fold-out bed is available in the living room. If needed, we’re happy to provide a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair (both at no extra cost). All sleeping areas can be completely darkened with roller shades.
The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, where you can spend cozy moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances, including a microwave, and is fully stocked with everything you need to make your vacation the best time of the year. The guesthouse offers free (high-speed!) Wi-Fi.
When the weather is nice, the spacious balcony is the perfect place to relax; here, you can sit together comfortably and enjoy your vacation.



On-site fees: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the apartment. In addition to the room rate, a final cleaning fee of €60.00 and an utility fee of €2.50 per person per night are payable. In addition, a tourism tax must be paid to the municipality of Butjadingen. Please make payments in advance via bank transfer or PayPal to the property manager; for last-minute bookings, payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the latest. The property manager will also provide you with the guest cards. To issue the guest cards, we need your name, address, and date of birth for all traveling companions in advance.
