About this house rental
In our ground floor apartment 4 people and a toddler can sleep up to two years .. A dog (max. Two) is also very welcome. The North Sea lagoon and the play barn are only a few minutes away.
, In the comfortably furnished living room, of course with a new flat screen TV, video recorder and radio, you will find a seating area and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). You will also find a washing machine here. There are two sleeping areas available, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet and an extra guest toilet. The garden invites you not only because of its lawn, but also because of a terrace to relax with garden furniture and deck chairs and there is also a sandpit, a swing and a slide for the children.
The energy and final cleaning costs are included in the price. Pets are allowed with us, the surcharge per dog (maximum two) and the spa fee are due on site. A cot and a folding bed are available on request. Bed linen and towels as a package per person (with beds made) can be rented on site for a fee.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Küche für alle Dinge gut ausgerüstet.
Das Bad und Gäste-WC ist eine gute Lösung für mehrere Personen.

Die Fewo befindet sich in einer Eigenheimsiedlung. Ca. 10 min. fußläufig bis zur Ortsmitte und auch bis zum Strand bzw. Damm.
Die Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Auch Spielzeug für die Kleinen.
Im Anschluss an die Terasse ist ein kleiner abgezäunter Garten mit div. Spielgeräten.
Im Ort Burhave sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants vorhanden. Ebenso eine Spielscheune für die Kids, außerdem auch outdoor Spielmöglichkeiten. Und für Hundebesitzer - es gibt einen großen abgezäunten Hundespielplatz und einen kleineren abgezäunten am "Strand", wo man auch im Strandkorb verweilen kann.
Fahrradtouren sind reichlich möglich und auch Ausflüge mit dem Bus über die Halbinsel Butjadingen. Also alles in Allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.
