Very accurate description of property save for the mention of the pool. It should have mentioned “pool (in season)”. I assumed it was an indoor pool but didn’t look at photos beforehand, which would have informed me. The parking is an indoor garage. The parking space is on 4th floor but you must take elevator to second floor to enter building. Then proceed down a hall to enter another building where you catch an elevator to the 6th floor. Owner was very responsive to questions.
