Washer and dryer, Dishwasher, WIFI Cable, central A/C & heat. New Samsung stove, Convection oven perfect for cooking your own meals.
A nice private backyard with wood fencing is great for entertaining or a quiet retreat.
DISTANCES: 5-minute walk to metro; a few minutes' drive to Old Town Alexandria. Pentagon, Pentagon Mall, Reagan National Airport, shuttle available to the metro station, one metro stop to the national airport. The neighborhood is VERY SAFE!!!
