It is ideally located, in a residence close to amenities: shopping mall, restaurant bars and medical center just a stone's throw away.
the apartment is composed of:
- an entrance with shoe dryer and storage
- A sleeping area with two bunk beds and a large storage cupboard,
- a bathroom with a beautiful shower, a vanity sink and a washing machine,
- a separate WC,
- A sleeping area with a large bed and large storage space,
- a dining area open to the living room, equipped with a beautiful table and 4 chairs, a hob, filter hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and many other quality equipment
- A beautiful living room with a non-convertible sofa, an armchair and two coffee tables will warmly welcome you, with the mountains as a panorama! This space is also equipped with a flat screen television (SMART TV with wifi)
For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- sheets, towels, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 maintenance kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), 6 LV tablets, 1 sponge, dishwashing detergent, 1 dishcloth , 1 trash bag and multi-use product) to start your stay.

- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
- animals are not accepted.
