Painful sleeping experience

The location, the kutchen was ok the bathroom was also fine

The beds were terrible, durty and old, the pillows too..the lift was not working, there were no sheets...

disappointed and unsatisfactory

We had to pay a 700 euro deposit on arrival that we were never told about prior to our arrival, we were informed the day before our arrival there would be no towels or bed linen and if we wanted to buy them we had to give 10 days notice which was an absolute joke after already paying €2,500 euros for our one week stay. The staff we extremely unhelpful and when we tried to phone before arrival the phone number provided was no longer in operation. hidden costs and no bed clothing really put a dampener on our trip. on our check out we lost a set of keys which was our fault and which we 100% accepted we were then charged 220 euros for these set of keys! The staff played on the fact that we were Irish so had poor French and made the language barrier even more difficult when checking in to cause confusion towards us.

Pleasant

Well situated apartment, quiet area and warm. Owners have upgraded, such a pity they did the work themselves. The standard of craftmanship was basic DIY. Such a shame, they really should have used a professional. On arrival, no toilet paper, no bin liners, no batteries in the TV remote control. Small things but cheap and easy to rectify. Kitchen poorly equipped and not matching which given mort of the Items were Ikea they should match.

Décu pour le prix.

L'emplacement sur la station est top. Appartement et quartier calme. Local a ski vieillot mais tout à fait pratique (séparation Ski et Chaussures). Matelas confortables. Beaucoup de rangements et de penderies.

Vétusté générale : tiroir fatigués, cuisine riquiqui, lave vaisselle totalement disfonctionnel, vaisselle précédente laissée sale (lien avec le pb du lave vaisselle ?), isolation nulle : il faut chauffer fort pour avoir une bonne température, et dès qu'on coupe le chauffage, la température baisse très vite et se gèle notamment la nuit. Réseau 4G/5G pourri, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'appartement... Les photos sur Booking ne montrent que de beaux appartements bien rénovés. Rien à voir avec les 2 biens loués, qui étaient assez vétustes. Ca fait immobilier de montagne des années 1970. En fait Maeva disposent de plusieurs appartements en gestion, et les photos ne sont pas celles du bien loué !

Fantastische week gehad met veel sneeuw, mooi weer en een goed en ruim appartement.

De hygiene van het appartement was goed. Alleen de dekens zijn wel aan vervanging toe.

Er was geen duidelijke aanwijzing in het gebouw waar ons appartement was. Het bestond uit 3 secties blijkbaar, maar een plattegrond bij de ingang was handig geweest.
