This home was a great fit for our group of 3 adults and 3 children. The beach is a short 15 minute walk away which may be long for some but offers a rare benefit if a peaceful, natural beach and still affordable. House was very clean and nice however it is so new some yKitchen items are not available like a can opener. Biggest complaint was that the internet suddenly stopped working the last night of our stay which prevented using the tv. The data plan may need to be upgraded. The bikes were of the lowest quality as the seats would not stay up or the chain would pop off easily on some of the bikesbut they worked in a pinch. Bring your own bikes if you really want to go for frequent rides.The pool nearest to the house was perfect. We didn't visit the other one if it was available to us.However, the location and house itself was so nice. The growing development would be the only thing that may give us a second thought from coming back.

We were unable to check in until after 5:30 due to the house not being cleaned. When we arrived to the house the fridge was not cold at all and it took more than 2 days to start cooling our food/drinks. Additionally, the back door knob was completely broken off which was very inconvenient to access the back patio. Reached out to the manager about both of these issues and never heard back. The floors were so dirty they instantly turned our feet black. The comforters were stained and there was hair on the sheets in the main bedroom. Overall the house was pretty new and decent, but would likely not stay there again. Neighborhood was nice but a golf cart is necessary. In my opinion, the beach is not walkable with small children and beach supplies. Many other listings in this neighborhood come with a golf cart for the same or better weekly price. One of the pools was closed down until the last day of our trip, which was not terrible but a little inconvenient because the one pool was very crowded. There is “security” present at the pools, but they do not address loud music and rowdy guests. They mostly just smoke cigarettes on their golf carts outside the gate. The pools also could use some cleaning.
