Everything was as advertised and dog-friendly. However, a golf cart is essential due to the extensive walking required, although they do provide bikes in the garage.

I had rented another rental in Mexico Beach and when I arrived, it was dirty and disgusting! My daughter and I started looking for another rental immediately and found Kevin’s listing. I sent him a message explaining our ordeal, and he was sympathetic and accommodating on extremely short notice. The house was great! Very clean. Comfy beds. Nice screened in porch for lazy afternoons. -andjust steps to the beach. Kevin checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were enjoying ourselves . He gave us great restaurant recommendations as well! Honestly our trip started out terribly, and Kevin and his kindness turned it all around. We went home relaxed and happy......
