This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bathroom offers guests the convenience of a great location which is just a few minutes walk to the Fallsview Casino Resort, Niagara Convention Centre, and the Falls. Absolutely ideal for Casino Patrons, Convention Attendees, and Tourists.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor which consist of 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 single bed. There is a full 4 piece bathroom on the upper level. On the main level, there is a high quality sofa bed on the main level in the living room. In the lower level there is an additional bedroom (Double Bed) with an full ensuite bathroom. The laundry room is located on the lower level and is accessible to guests.
Enjoy your fully equipped kitchen. laundry facilities, Smart TV and high speed WIFI.

Guests can enjoy a full complimentary breakfast which is delivered to the home each morning.
This quaint and cozy home boasts plenty of character and charm with its unique location and warm interior design. As a guest in my home, you will have access to the entire space.
As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and an electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. here is a high quality sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots & pans, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The Keurig machine comes with a multitude of coffee and decaf coffee pods and I always supply a multitude of different teas.
Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom features a full oversized shower, and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
There is a smart TV set up with a full cable spectrum of channels in the living room. There is high speed internet available.
FIRE and SAFETY
As with all my other properties, smoke and CO2 detectors are installed throughout the property and guests are protected by Fire Extinguishers located on each floor.
Outside, enjoy the "the hideawy" deck area for outdoor cooking and relaxation.

The WEGO bus system stop is literally just footsteps away from the house and give guests a terrific transportation system between all major attractions for one low cost daily fee.
