Günstige Lage, wir konnten die gesamte Emdener Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen. Fast immer Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden. Einrichtung praktisch und gemütlich, 4 Betten mit guten Matratzen, ungewöhnlich gut bestückte Küche.
Das Bad bedarf Support. Den Abfluss der Dusche mussten wir selbst reinigen, da sie sehr schlecht ablief (Wasser floss bis unter Waschmaschine). Brausekopf stark verkalkt. Waschbecken defekt. Hausflur schmutzig, macht keinen guten Eindruck.

Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür und die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Der Aufenthalt in ihrer Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und an Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, auch sogar mehr.
Die Internetverbindung ist immer wieder abgebrochen, nach Neustart vom Router ging es dann immer wieder aber es lohnt sich sicher da mal einen Blick drauf zu werfen.

Saubere Ferienwohnung, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres Doppelbett steht im Wohnzimmer, bequeme Betten, relativ vollständige Küchenausstattung.
Liegt an lauter Durchgangsstraße weiter weg vom Zentrum. Bus fährt Montag bis Freitag 1x pro Stunde ins Zentrum, Samstag und Sonntag nur alle 2 Stunden. Sehr kleines Bad, keine Dusch-/Badehandtücher, einzige Ablagefläche ist auf der Waschmaschine, das Waschbecken hat einen großen Sprung. Am 1. Tag funktionierte das WLAN nicht, die Vermieterin reagierte nicht auf meine Nachricht. Am 2. Tag ging das WLAN dann, nachdem ich den versteckten Router gefunden und an-/ausgeschaltet hatte.
