Traumhafte Aussicht, sehr Zentrale Lage. Super ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffevollautomat samt Kaffeebohnen. Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Würde es wieder buchen aber nur, wenn die beiden Schlafzimmer zur Vorderseite (Hafen-/Stadtblick) nutzbar sind. Mängel wurden umgehend behoben.
Leider war nur ein Schlafzimmer mit schöner Aussicht aufs Wasser aufgeschlossen (es gibt 2) das Andere geöffnete ging zum Hof 😞 Das TV Gerät befindet sich in nur einem Schlafzimmer, Zentral in der Küche wäre wohl besser. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind schon recht alt und hellhörig. Wohnung/Haus müsste mal saniert werden. Möbel wirken ein wenig zusammengesucht sind aber zweckmäßig und in Ordnung.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schöne große Küche, schönes großes Bad. Die direkte Sicht auf das Wasser ist im 2. Stock allerdings durch die noch belaubten Bäume eingeschränkt.
Die kleinen Treppenstufen vom 1. zum 2. Stock sind unangenehm. Die Dusch ist für langgliedrige Menschen (bin über 1,90 m groß) etwas klein.
