Das gut renovierte Apartment punktet mit seiner Top Lage, prima Ausstattung und war ruhig & sauber. Von hier aus kann man nicht nur die Stadtmitte von Emden erleben, sondern auch schöne Ziele in der Umgebung erreichen.
Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße war nachts und besonders frühmorgens zu hell - trotz Sichtschutz. Es empfiehlt sich, eine Schlafbrille mitzubringen ! Das Treppenhaus war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber die steile Treppe in den 2. Stock ist begehbar. Die Garage ist so klein, dass nur ein Smart oder ein Motorrad hineinpasst. Allerdings kann man ein paar Straßen entfernt (Richtung: An der Bonnesse) kostenlose Parkplätze finden.
