Punto strategico nel cuore di Catania. Casetta molto piacevole , soprattutto per la pulizia la consiglio vivamente.
Vicinato molto chiassoso soprattutto nel cuore della notte.

Ottima la posizione... 2 passi e sei in centro...la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, viene incontro ad ogni richiesta... Stanza accogliente..ma ..
Si sente un po' di puzza di muffa, di umido...essendo un seminterrato ... C'è un continuo rumore dovuto ad un motorino , probabilmente dell' acqua che attacca continuamente... Letto scomodo, ci si affonda...lo cambierei ...
