Very clean and it had all you need to feel at home. Getting to everything was very easy with the metro station is 8 min walk. Place was very secured and very high tech to get in and out. Elevator helped a lot!
The shower door didn’t close very well causing water to leak out on the bathroom’s laminate floors. We used half of the towels to keep the floor dry worrying we might leak water on the neighbors.

La ubicación del apartamento está muy bien, cerca del metro, del Navigli y hay un supermercado cerca también. Las camas son cómodas y tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Como detalle, nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café y algo para desayunar.
El código que nos dieron para entrar al portal no funcionaba, llamamos al contacto que teníamos y no estaba disponible. Tuvimos que llamar a los vecinos hasta que alguien amablemente nos abrió.

Lo mejor, la ubicación. Tomaso fue de gran ayuda a la llegada, pero en el apartamento falta información clara y concisa de los servicios del mismo.
Las camas y las almohadas no eran adecuadas para la categoría "luxury" del apartamento. Menaje de cocina escaso. Estaba sucio y la aspiradora está atascada de no haberse vaciado hacía tiempo. En el baño tanto el W.C. y el bidé están a una altura alta, poco adecuada.
