LURO Apartments - Maison Zeno

Ylenia the host was my favourite part of the holiday. The location was perfect, right outside is the rail, just down the road excellent little cafe and a supermarket just a little further up. The property is secure. The amazing part of the stay was Ylenia, she made me feel so comfortable asking questions of which she had already sent me but I didn't read and was always available to answer any questions raised. The coffee pods were amazing, there is a washing machine if you wanted to wash your clothers, air conditioning and a fan over the bed. The syling was brilliant and I loved how safe and secure I felt. The communication was so good and Ylenia provided me with places to eat, thoughts on our day which I valued.

I would suggest a tea towel or something to wipe up the dishes, a hand towel to wipe your hands. We did struggle with flushing the toilet it was a little difficult to turn, nothing major and not really worth a mention.

Muy buen apartamento situado en una calle en la que tienes de todo y a 10 metros del metro. Es espacioso, limpio, tranquilo y está decorado con mucho gusto. Cama muy cómoda y vecinos tranquilos. Y la atención del personal es inmejorable: tuvimos un problema con la puerta del baño y lo solucionaron super rápido. Recomendable al 100%

Por señalar algo, falta algún paño de cocina y cocina pequeña si quieres cocinar.

Het bed vonden wij niet best en niet lang.. De plek van het toilet is krap en de douchekop heeft een vrij lage positie.

Sono davvero dispiaciuta di scrivere questa recensione. L’appartamento è molto bello, molto curato e ben tenuto. Ma faceva un freddo terribile. Siamo in quel periodo dell’anno in cui fuori casa fa appena un po’ freschino ma dentro può far molto freddo e i termosifoni condominiali non si possono accendere. Ma gli split, I condizioni ad aria calda sì, solo che evidentemente il nostro non funzionava. Il proprietario è stato davvero molto gentile a farci avere una coperta in più per la notte di sabato pomeriggio ma durante il giorno l’appartamento non era utilizzabile se non con i cappotti addosso e questo è davvero brutto. Non avere un posto dove andare a rilassarsi durante il giorno perché fa più freddo di fuori è un disagio, sarebbe bastato farci recapitare un caldobagno Delonghi da 20 euro per risolvere la situazione ma alle mie rimostranze sul freddo hanno smesso di rispondermi. Non potersi fare una doccia con serenità per il freddo è una situazione da ostello non da appartamento che si definisce deluxe. Per il resto se andrete dopo il 15 ottobre a riscaldamento acceso vi troverete benissimo.
