Location was very good, nearby the POLIMI campus. The price was very good compared to other places checked around. It was clean and had kitchen utensils to be able to prepare some breakfast and dinner.

The persons were not responsive. I asked for an invoice and I never got any reply. I delivered the key and the photo they wanted once I left and they did not even confirm that everything was ok, that is rude in my perspective. Especially as the interaction was until they got paid the city tax. Considering the room, it is hardly for 4 persons; there are places to put 4 people to sleep, but the room is very limited. Also, it is on the 4th floor without elevator. I suppose both play role on the price. But it is not understandable that there is no hanger in bathroom for the towel for the hands, or no place to leave the soap, so the waters and soap soak all the counter.

Purtroppo non c’è l’ ascensore e quattro piani a piedi se si hanno valige pesanti non è il massimo

Квартира не була підготовлена для 3 осіб, нам довелося спати з дитиною на одному ліжку. Не було постільної білизни і рушників для однієї особи. Після звернення ця проблема була вирішена наступного дня. Прибирання могло бути кращим, був пил і волосся, а також плями на постільній білизні, яка була замінена наступного дня. Підлога була дуже холодною, не завадило б пропонувати гостям одноразові капці або килимки .
