Royal Park Parkville

Location was amazing for the Melbourne zoo! Apartment had a great feel about it and had everything included you could possibly need! The projector was a great touch we really enjoyed that. Beds were super comfy! Plenty of food places nearby and the whole apartment block in general was super quiet. Loved our stay thank you!

Reverse cycle wall system did not work so we relied on a smaller bedroom heater to heat the whole lounge and that also kept tripping the safety fuse switch whenever we turned the kettle on. Finding, then accessing the key on arrival was frustrating as you literally drive over it with your car (it’s anchored to the concrete floor). Had a problem with the bath tub drain but they had a plumber in to fix that on the same day. Some other minor issues such as fixtures not secured properly and the shower leaks… but nothing major that effected our stay

The property was only minutes from the Royal Children’s hospital, it was small but very comfortable and serviceable. The amenities were above expectations and everything that I could possibly want was already at the apartment.

There was no lift at the property so it isn’t disability accessible
